The features you actually need.
We scope your replacement around the functions you use. These are examples we can assess in your audit.
Build for your actual process
We trace an order from purchase to fulfilment, identify manual work and map the systems that need to talk. The replacement can be a focused integration, an internal tool or a small group of reliable automations.
Handle the exceptions
Retries, duplicate events, failed exports and stock mismatches need an explicit plan. We scope logs, alerts and manual recovery alongside the happy path, then test with representative orders.
Check the dependencies first
Warehouse access, partner APIs, rate limits and hosting can influence the quote and running costs. A custom integration makes sense when the workflow is stable and the long-term value justifies the build.
Own the work. Choose your support.
On final payment, you own the custom code developed specifically for your project. Existing third-party software remains subject to its own licence. We document the handover and any services you need to run it.
Need ongoing help? Optional support and maintenance plans are available. They are separate from the build.
